9:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Marshall & Swift Cost Reconciliation
Speaker John Neas, MAA Town of Hopkinton Assessor
John Neas will start the day with the Cost Approach and a little more. John will cover valuation of a residential property using Marshall and Swift worksheet, the valuation of commercial property using Marshall and Swift worksheet, and then reconciling those cost figures to the values in your CAMA system.
The final part will be the reconciliation between the value by the cost approach and the value by the income approach for the sample commercial building.

The afternoon workshop will be presented by Chris Keefe from Patriot Properties. He will be instructing us on Land Residuals and Valuation.
