Lane Partridge will also be speaking on the new Municipal Modernization bill
WCAA will be holding the fall dinner meeting at Grill On The Hill in Worcester. Ellen Blanchard will be sharing her expertise on Chapterland. The topics to be covered will include the application process, liens, qualifications, valuation, appeals and withdrawals. This event will answer any question and concerns you may have regarding Chapter 61 and you will learn something new.
