9:00 – 12:00 PM – Revaluation – What can an Assessor do to prepare for the arrival of the DOR field representative?  How will Revaluation change with the new five year cycle?  Speaker: Bruce Morgan, M.A.A. – Field Certification Adviser, MA Department of Revenue Bureau of Local Assessment, Former Senior Assessor in Lexington, Associate Assessor in Bedford and Certified General Appraiser.

Developing a timeline to complete your interim in a smooth, systematized and efficient order to produce accurate values. Share your experience and discuss the steps that we can all take in a round table discussion.
